What is your email address for event questions?

Send your questions and party plans to [email protected]. Your event date, home or venue location, and a few favorite rentals give us a helpful starting point. If you need urgent help with an event outside normal office hours, text 951-249-3011.

Who can help with invoices, payments, or billing?

Our billing team can help at [email protected]. Include your invoice or event information so we can find the right details. You can also call 951-461-9200 during office hours.

See our deposit and balance deadlines or pay at our Temecula office. Payments are handled through our office and approved payment channels; our staff never collects payments at your home or venue.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and closed on select holidays. The party schedule keeps going: rentals, deliveries, and services are available seven days a week based on event schedules and availability. For urgent event help outside office hours, text 951-249-3011.

Where is your storefront, and can I visit?

Absolutely—we love meeting our customers! Our storefront office and warehouse are at 43153 Business Park Drive, Temecula, CA 92590, conveniently near Old Town Temecula.

You’re welcome to stop by during office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding select holidays. Our office can help with event questions and in-person payments.

We are a working warehouse, so rentals are not set up on display. If you hope to see a particular item, contact us to arrange a viewing in advance.

Can I see rentals on display at your office or warehouse?

Our office welcomes visitors, but we do not have rentals set up on display. It is a working warehouse with trucks loading and unloading, forklifts operating, and equipment being prepared for events.

Items are not available to view unless a visit has been specifically prearranged and coordinated with our office. Contact us ahead of time if you hope to see a particular item so we can discuss what may be possible. Our website photos and complete rental catalog are a helpful starting point for reviewing products and setup requirements.

Do I need to contact the same planner or producer for help or changes?

Any member of our office team can help you get started. You may first work with one planner or producer, but our entire office works together to manage your event and can access your event information.

For questions, changes, or assistance, call 951-461-9200, email [email protected], or use the office text contact in your event communications. Include your event date and order or proposal number if you have one.

If the person you reach needs another team member’s input, they’ll coordinate your request with the right person and help you get a response. Our team cares about your event and will help you work through the details. Changes to a confirmed reservation still need office confirmation in writing.

Build Your Event Package

How do I start building my event?

Start with the fun! Explore our complete rental catalog to compare product descriptions, setup requirements, and published base prices. Open your favorite listings for details and select Add to Event. Your favorites come together in My Event Package. Choose your event dates, check your items and quantities, and continue to Contact & Venue Info when you’re ready to submit your selections for review.

How far in advance should I book?

Book as far ahead as you’d like! Some clients even book a year or more in advance to secure the items they want. Booking early gives you the best chance of getting your preferred rentals and gives us more flexibility to discuss delivery windows, prepare equipment, and provide home or venue compliance documents.

There is no minimum advance-booking requirement; same-day requests are possible when equipment, trucks, staff, and scheduling allow. Some specialized attractions have date-specific early-booking limitations, so our office will confirm what can be reserved.

Can I book for today or on short notice?

Yes, we can consider same-day and short-notice bookings, but we do not recommend waiting if you can book earlier. We cannot guarantee that the equipment, trucks, staff, or time needed for your setup will be available.

Contact our office with your event date, home or venue location, required ready time, and preferred items. We’ll review what is possible, including any site requirements.

For bookings seven days or fewer before the event, the full balance is due at booking, along with your signed agreement. Our staff never collects payments at the event. Any different organizational payment terms must go through the office-approved purchase-order process.

Can I book more than a year in advance?

Usually, yes! We encourage early planning and generally accept reservations more than a year ahead.

Some specialized themed attractions, such as trackless trains or haunted houses, may have early-booking limitations on particular dates while we coordinate recurring annual events for long-term clients. This does not mean those items can never be booked early—our office needs to confirm whether the item and date are available to reserve.

Once your reservation is finalized, the cancellation policy still applies, even when the event is a year or more away.

Does adding an item reserve it?

Adding an item or submitting your selections does not reserve it. Our team will review availability and your event details, then send your package for approval and payment.

Items are first come, first rented. Under our standard process, a confirmed reservation requires your signed agreement and deposit upon signing. If you book seven days or fewer before the event, full payment is due at booking. An applicable, office-approved purchase-order process may have different requirements.

If payment is processing or approval is pending, keep our office informed. We may be able to discuss a soft hold, but a quote, submitted package, or soft hold does not guarantee the items. See our payment schedule for balance deadlines.

What happens after I submit my event for review?

We’ll confirm availability and your event details, then send your package for approval and payment to finalize your reservation. Check the items, times, quantities, pricing, and inclusions, and let us know if anything needs correcting.

Under our standard process, sign your agreement and pay the deposit when signing; your remaining balance is due seven days before the event. If booking seven days or fewer before the event, the full balance is due at booking. If an approved purchase-order process applies, follow the requirements confirmed by our office.

Items are not automatically held during review. Tell our office about processing or approval delays so we can review whether a soft hold is possible; availability is not guaranteed until the reservation is finalized.

What is your standard reservation and payment process?

Here’s how your selections become a reservation:

  1. Build your event package. Browse the listings, select Add to Event, and check your items and quantities in My Event Package.
  2. Submit your selections for review. Continue to Contact & Venue Info and provide your event date, reservation times, home or venue address, and contact details.
  3. Review the package we send you. Our team will confirm availability and your event details, then send your written package with pricing. Check the items, times, quantities, and inclusions before approving.
  4. Sign and pay to reserve. A deposit is due when you sign your agreement. If booking seven days or fewer before the event, the full balance is due at booking. If an office-approved purchase-order process applies, complete the requirements confirmed by our office.
  5. Pay the remaining balance. For bookings made more than seven days ahead, the remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Use the payment instructions in your package or pay at our office; our staff never collects payments at the event.

Items are not automatically held before the reservation requirements are completed. If payment is processing or approval is pending, keep our office informed so we can review whether a soft hold is possible. A soft hold does not guarantee availability.

For organizational approval and different payment terms, see our purchase-order guidance. Different terms require office approval in writing.

Can I add more than one of the same item?

You can request multiple quantities by adding the item again or using the available quantity controls. Check the totals in My Event Package before submitting. Grand Carnival also has an Add More option for another game structure and four more included games.

A quantity in your event package is a request, not a stock guarantee. We have limited quantities of many rentals and only one of most themed items and major attractions. Once that item is reserved for a date, it is not available for another customer that day. Our team will confirm what can be provided.

How do I remove something from my event package?

Changed your mind? Use the × remove control on an added product card. You can also expand the item’s details in My Event Package to find its removal option. Give the remaining items a quick check before you continue.

Can one package include different rental categories?

Yes! Build a celebration with inflatables, rides, activities and entertainment, games, food, and equipment and props. Add your favorites to the same event package and send everything together for review.

What event information should I provide?

Tell us your event date, reservation start and end times, home or venue address, expected attendance, guest ages, and selected rentals. Include your onsite contact, access restrictions, power or water plans, and any home or venue deadline for removal. Choose the start time based on when the rentals need to be ready to use.

For a larger event or several attractions, a site map helps us review placement and access. Mention purchasing or signature requirements early if a school, city, or company is approving the order.

Can you hold items while a payment or purchase order is pending?

Items are not automatically held while a payment is processing or a purchase order is pending. Please keep our office informed about your progress and expected timing so we can do our best to work with you.

In some circumstances, our office may arrange a soft hold: we pencil in the items and date you want while you work through payment or approval. This can help us coordinate, but it is not a confirmed reservation and does not guarantee availability. Items may still become unavailable before your reservation is finalized.

To secure the reservation, complete your signed agreement and deposit upon signing—or full payment if booking seven days or fewer before the event—or the applicable approved purchase-order process. A quote or soft hold does not replace those steps.

My quote has expired. Can I still use it?

Send us the quote or proposal number, event date, and the items you still want. We’ll need to recheck availability and pricing before you proceed, and an updated proposal may be needed. An expired quote does not keep the equipment or performers reserved. If your plans changed too, include those changes so we can review everything together.

What should I check before approving my event package?

Give the latest written package a quick check before approval. It is much easier to fix a missing detail before delivery day.

  • Date and times: when rentals need to be ready, when use ends, and any separately confirmed pickup deadline.
  • Home or venue and contact: the correct address, setup location, access instructions, and an authorized onsite contact.
  • Items and quantities: the exact rentals, included accessories, selected Grand Carnival games, and any separately ordered chairs, covers, or supplies.
  • Service details: food serving quantities, entertainment or attendant hours, staffing roles, and any power or water arrangements.
  • Approval and payment: the total, deposit due upon signing, remaining balance due seven days before the event—or full payment due at booking within seven days—and any different terms confirmed by our office in writing.

If something is missing or different from what you discussed, contact our office for a corrected package before approving. Our team works together, so you do not need to wait for your original planner. Use the newest version when coordinating with your home or venue contact or purchasing team.

Pricing, Payments & Changes

Is the displayed rental price my complete event total?

The item price is a starting point for building your package. Your reviewed proposal will include your selections and any applicable delivery, travel, staffing, or specialty setup costs. We’ll give you the details and total to review before approval and payment.

Our complete rental catalog lists published base prices and rental periods where available. These are not date-specific availability checks or complete delivered quotes. Review the product details, then submit your selections so our team can confirm the charges for your location and setup.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay cash, business check, or credit card at our Temecula office during office hours. You can also follow the payment instructions provided with your event package. We do not accept personal checks.

Credit-card payments may have a 3.5% fee; review your package for any applicable fees. Purchase orders and different payment arrangements require office approval.

Our delivery and setup staff and entertainers never collect payments at your home or venue. See our payment deadlines and office payment details.

Will I need a deposit?

A deposit is due when you sign your agreement. The remaining balance is due seven days before your event. If you book seven days or fewer before the event, the full balance is due when you book and reserve.

Follow the deposit amount and payment instructions in your written package. Under our standard process, your signed agreement and required deposit—or full payment for a booking seven days or fewer before the event—finalize the reservation. A deposit alone does not complete the agreement requirements.

Deposits remain subject to our cancellation policy. If an approved purchase-order process applies, our office will confirm the requirements. If a payment is processing, keep us informed so we can review whether a soft hold is possible; it does not guarantee availability.

What if I need to cancel?

Reservations for equipment, staff, and entertainment are non-refundable under our cancellation policy. When you reserve, we commit those items and people to your date and may turn away other customers. Themed items, rides, attractions, DJs, musicians, and other entertainers can be especially difficult to rebook after a cancellation. Those are examples—the policy is not limited to that list.

If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation and any options available, taking into account the item, date, notice given, demand, and other bookings we may have declined. We try to work with clients, but an exception or a new date is not guaranteed; any agreed change must be confirmed in writing.

For modest equipment quantity changes, see table, chair, and equipment adjustments. If severe weather is the concern, see our separate weather-rescheduling details. Your signed agreement contains the complete terms.

Does the cancellation policy apply if I book far in advance?

Yes. The same cancellation policy applies whether you book a few days ahead or more than a year in advance. Once your reservation is finalized, we commit those items or services to your date and may decline other bookings. Your deposit and reservation remain subject to the cancellation policy.

If your plans change, tell us early so we can review your situation. Modest changes to table and chair quantities or some equipment details may allow more flexibility than canceling a specifically reserved attraction or entertainer, but any adjustment or exception needs office confirmation.

Can I adjust table, chair, or other equipment quantities as my event gets closer?

Guest counts can change! We generally have more flexibility to review modest table and chair quantity changes and minor adjustments to some other equipment than cancellations of specifically reserved themed items, rides, attractions, or entertainment.

Send the requested changes as early as possible. Increases depend on stock, delivery capacity, and staffing. Reductions or other changes are reviewed based on the item, date, notice given, and commitments already made. Whether a change affects pricing or the cancellation policy must be confirmed by our office.

Your existing order remains in place until we confirm the revised package in writing. An adjustment is not an automatic cancellation-policy exception.

How do I request changes to my event package or reservation?

Contact our office—you do not need to reach the same planner or producer you first worked with. Our office team works together and can access your event details. Call, email, or use the office text contact provided with your event communications. Include your event date, order or proposal number, and the items, quantities, times, or other details you want to change.

Before your reservation is finalized, we can review a revised request and recheck availability and pricing. Items are not automatically held during that process; discuss any pending payment or approval and possible soft hold with our office.

After your reservation is finalized, changes remain subject to the cancellation policy and office review. There may be more flexibility for modest equipment quantity adjustments.

Your existing order remains unchanged until we confirm the revised package in writing. Ask our office about any revised balance or payment deadline. If your organization has issued a purchase order, see our guidance for additions after PO approval.

Can promotions be used together?

Promotions generally cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. All promotions are subject to review and approval. Let us know which offer you’d like to use so we can review it with your event package.

When are my deposit and remaining balance due?

A deposit is due when you sign your agreement. The remaining balance is due seven days before your event. If you book seven days or fewer before the event, the full balance is due when you book and reserve.

We do not collect payments at the event. Complete payment through the instructions in your package or visit our office before the deadline. Our delivery and setup staff and entertainers never accept event-site payments, and we do not accept personal checks.

If your organization needs an approved purchase-order process or different payment terms, arrange them with our office in advance and have them confirmed in writing.

Can my event be rescheduled because of severe weather?

If severe weather could make your event unsafe, let’s talk early. Send written notice to our office at least 48 hours before your event starts so we can review the situation. We’ll do our best to find another date within the same calendar year, depending on availability. If we agree before the original event to reschedule, your deposit moves to the new date. If we can’t find a new date within that year after making reasonable efforts, the deposit remains non-refundable. Our team makes the final weather-cancellation decision with safety in mind. Entertainers who can move indoors, such as characters, face painters, balloon artists, and DJs, remain non-refundable.

Can I pay in person at your Temecula office?

Yes—and we’re always happy to meet our customers! You can visit our storefront office at 43153 Business Park Drive, Temecula, CA 92590, conveniently near Old Town Temecula.

We accept cash, business checks, and credit cards at the office. We do not accept personal checks. Bring your event or invoice details so we can apply the payment to the correct reservation.

Our office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding select holidays. Plan your visit around the payment deadline: deposit upon signing, remaining balance seven days before the event, or full payment at booking if the event is seven days or fewer away.

Can I pay the delivery crew or entertainers at my event?

No. Our staff never collects payments at the event site. This includes delivery and setup staff, attendants, and entertainers at your home or venue.

They are there to deliver, set up, and provide the services in your package, and are not trained to handle payments. Keeping payments with our office helps protect payment security and keeps event service professional.

Please complete payment through the instructions in your package or at our office by the required deadline. If you have a payment question or delay, contact our office before event day rather than planning to pay the crew or entertainer.

Schools, Cities & Purchase Orders

Can my school, city, or company use a purchase order or special payment process?

Tell us early if your organization needs a purchase order (PO), vendor paperwork, or different payment terms. Our standard schedule is a deposit upon signing and the remaining balance seven days before the event; bookings seven days or fewer ahead require full payment at booking. Send your purchasing contact, billing details, approval steps, and required documents so our office can review the arrangements.

Purchase orders and different payment terms require office approval in writing. Starting a requisition, sharing a PO number, or submitting a package does not by itself reserve the items. The applicable approval, agreement, and PO requirements must be completed as confirmed by our office before the reservation is secured.

Items are not automatically held while the PO process is pending. Keep our office informed about expected timing and delays; in some circumstances, we may arrange a soft hold, which does not guarantee availability. Our delivery and setup staff and entertainers never collect payments at the event, even when an approved organizational payment arrangement applies.

What if I am planning the event but cannot sign for my organization?

Identify the person or department authorized to approve and sign, and include them early. You can coordinate event details, but approval still needs to follow your organization’s process. Share any required contract review or paperwork with our team before the event gets close.

Ask your purchasing team who will approve the package, sign the agreement, issue any purchase order, and handle payment. Coordinate these steps with our office using the approved purchase-order process. Keep us informed about approval timing so we can review whether a soft hold is possible. A quote or soft hold does not secure the items.

Can I add rentals after a purchase order has been approved?

Send the additional items, quantities, and service details to our office as soon as possible. Your organization may require an amended purchase order or a separate quote and approval for the additions. An existing PO does not automatically cover a larger order.

We’ll review availability and pricing, then coordinate the updated package or separate quote with you. Confirm the purchasing approval and any revised payment requirements with our office before treating the extras as part of your reserved event. Keep your event coordinator and purchasing contact working from the current written order.

Our staff never collects payments at your home or venue. Any payment or approved billing arrangements for additions must be handled through our office.

Delivery, Setup & Your Home or Venue

Which areas does Jolly Jumps serve?

Based in Temecula, Jolly Jumps serves Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Riverside, and events throughout Southern California. Delivery availability and fees vary by location and rental selection. Browse our service areas and send your home or venue address so we can help plan the trip.

Is delivery and setup included?

Many local rentals include standard delivery and setup. Your location, access, event timing, staffing, and equipment choices can affect the total. Check your reviewed package for the delivery and setup details that apply to your event.

When will you arrive, and can I request an earlier ready time?

We plan delivery routes using estimated arrival windows. Booking early gives us more flexibility to discuss preferred windows and special timing needs, but it does not guarantee a particular arrival time. Traffic, earlier setups, and the equipment being delivered can affect the route.

Any delivery time or window discussed by phone or in conversation is an estimate; we do not verbally guarantee arrival times or windows. What we guarantee is that your rented items will be ready to use before the reservation start time listed on your order. We may arrive well ahead of that time or finish setup shortly before it.

For a 10:00 AM reservation, equipment may be ready just before 10:00 AM. If you need it ready by 9:30 AM for a walkthrough, photos, or another reason, set the reservation start time to 9:30 AM. Tell us about special timing requirements before booking so we can review and confirm any agreed arrangements in writing. Additional fees may apply.

Is setup counted as rental time?

No. Your rental or operating time is separate from our setup time. Choose the reservation start time based on when you need the equipment ready to use, including any extra preparation time you want before guests arrive.

What should I tell you about delivery access?

Give us a heads-up about stairs, ramps, sidewalks, gates, narrow or blocked paths, backyard or indoor delivery, animals, decks, terraces, sand, or a setup area more than 100 feet from vehicle access. We need those details before confirming pricing. The delivery path and setup area must be firm, dry, and accessible.

For gates, tunnels, trees, or overhead obstacles, send measurements and photos of the narrowest or lowest points along the route. Some large or trailered attractions need direct vehicle access; real snow requires direct access for two large trucks. An attraction fitting in the final space does not necessarily mean we can get it there. Add the approved route to your event map so our team can review access for the rentals you select.

What should I check before planning an event at a park?

Park parties are a great idea with a little planning ahead. Check with the city, county, or park management about permitted attractions, setup locations, shelter reservations, access, power, water, and required approvals. Water slides for private parties are usually not allowed at city or community parks. We can help with insurance documents and generator options, but you’ll need to confirm that the park has accepted everything required for your event before we schedule delivery. A little checking now helps keep event day running smoothly.

Does the park already have your insurance and vendor approval on file?

We work with many cities, counties, and parks throughout Southern California. In some cases, our insurance and vendor approval are already on file. Ask the city, county, or park management whether they have current Jolly Jumps insurance and approval for your event date and selected rentals. If they need a copy of our insurance, it’s usually easy for us to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for you or send it to them. Share any special requirements with our team. Your event may still need its own permits and approvals. Before we schedule delivery, please verify that management has received and accepted all required insurance, approvals, and paperwork. We want the park’s green light before the delivery truck arrives!

Do parks have power, and do I have to rent your generator?

Park power can take a little detective work. Ask management whether working outlets are available, accessible, and approved for your setup; don’t assume an outlet near a shelter is available for your event. For convenience, you can rent a generator from us. You can generally use your own properly sized generator or rent one elsewhere, as long as it meets the equipment’s power needs and the home or venue’s rules. Some cities require the attraction vendor to supply it. For example, Temecula’s park party-jump rules require the vendor to provide its own generator, so we need to include ours for those setups. Confirm the current power and generator rules with the city or park management before booking, and share the details with our team.

Are events available on weekends and holidays?

Yes, the fun doesn’t stop on Friday! Rentals, deliveries, and services are available seven days a week based on event schedules and availability. Our office is normally open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and closed on select holidays. Share your preferred event date and times with your request.

When will you pick up the equipment?

Removal may begin at any time after your scheduled event time ends. We will not arrive before the listed end time unless otherwise agreed in writing. Equipment may be left until the following day without notice. If your home or venue requires removal by a specific time, arrange a guaranteed pickup time in writing in advance.

If an inflatable remains at your home between uses, review our lawn, sprinkler, pet, and weather care guidance. Tell our office about any special placement or pickup concerns before delivery.

What if my home or venue has a strict pickup deadline?

Does your home or venue have a pickup deadline? Let us know before booking. A scheduled event end time does not guarantee immediate pickup. Equipment may stay until the following day, so a specific removal deadline needs a guaranteed pickup time confirmed in writing ahead of the event. Fees may apply. Tell us the home or venue’s requirements so we can review the right arrangements.

Who is responsible for permits, licenses, and home or venue insurance requirements?

The client is responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, and additional insurance required for the event. Confirm your home, park, school, city, or other venue requirements in advance. We can provide proof of our insurance upon request. We recommend submitting requests 30 days before the event in case the insurance carrier takes time to process special requests. Custom insurance endorsements may require 4–6 weeks and additional fees.

What property and setup information should I provide before delivery?

Show us the approved delivery route and where you want the equipment placed. Tell us ahead of time about delicate surfaces, underground irrigation or utilities, and any areas that need special care. Allow space for delivery, setup, anchoring, and pickup.

A site map helps, but it does not replace an onsite contact. Provide the name and mobile number of someone authorized to accept the equipment and direct placement. That person should be available during delivery and able to help with gates, access, and questions about your home or venue. Share layout changes with our office before event day whenever possible; after setup, equipment cannot be moved without our prior written approval.

Does your crew need parking passes, loading access, or security clearance?

If your home or venue uses security gates, check-in desks, parking passes, loading permits, or restricted delivery hours, tell us before event day. Send the approved entrance, loading location, check-in instructions, onsite contact, and any rules for the crew’s return at pickup.

Delivery trucks, trailers, and operating staff may have different access or parking needs. Confirm the number and type of passes with our team rather than assuming the entire event arrives in one vehicle. Include the loading route and crew parking on your site map, and confirm access with the homeowner or venue management.

Event Maps & Layouts

Do you recommend a tool for making an event site map?

Yes! ExpressMapper.com is a free tool for our clients and anyone planning an event. Use it to create a to-scale layout on a satellite image and show where your rentals will go.

It is especially helpful when you have several attractions, separate activity areas, or a larger home or venue. Share the completed map with our team so we can review the planned placement, delivery route, and setup needs. Use each listing’s required setup area when planning, then confirm the actual measurements at your home or venue.

What should I show on my event layout?

Make the map useful to someone who has never visited your home or venue. Label these details:

  • Rental locations: item names, quantities, required setup areas, anchoring or supporting equipment space, and guest entrances, exits, and lines.
  • Delivery and pickup access: the approved vehicle entrance, unloading area, crew parking, gates, narrow paths, and overhead restrictions.
  • Utilities and site conditions: planned power sources, water connections, setup surfaces, known hazards, and areas that must stay clear.
  • Event information: home or venue address, event date, current map version, and the name and mobile number of your authorized onsite contact.

A map pin near the building is a start; a labeled setup and access route gives us much more to work with.

Does a to-scale satellite map confirm that everything will fit?

A to-scale map is a useful planning tool, but it does not confirm every condition onsite. Check the actual setup area, narrowest gate or path, overhead clearance, surface, and delivery route. Satellite images can miss locked gates, low branches, underground utilities, or other obstacles.

Send measurements and photos of any tight access points, and confirm rules for your home or venue and power availability separately. Leave room for setup requirements beyond the attraction’s footprint. Our team still needs to review the layout for your selected rentals; the map itself does not guarantee access, setup approval, or availability.

How do I share my completed map with Jolly Jumps?

Send the completed layout or its share link to [email protected]. Include your name, event date, home or venue address, and order or proposal number if you have one. If the map has access restrictions, make sure our team can open the version you send.

Label the latest version and point out changes to rental locations, access, utilities, or timing. Share it early enough for our team to review setup questions before event day. Provide an authorized onsite contact even when you have a detailed map, and tell our office when you revise the plan so we are not reviewing an older layout.

What if I already have a home or venue layout or ExpressMapper will not load?

Send the home or venue layout, annotated satellite image, or layout you already have to [email protected]. Include rental locations, measurements, access, power, water, and your onsite contact. Label a rough sketch as not to scale so it is not mistaken for a measured layout.

ExpressMapper is our recommended free planning tool. If you get stuck, let us know which part is giving you trouble and share what you have so we can identify any missing setup information. A clear map is helpful; accurate site details matter too.

Space, Power, Safety & Weather

What wind speed is too high for an inflatable?

Stop use at 15 mph or higher, including gusts, or sooner if a lower limit applies to your inflatable. Stop admission, have everyone exit, then follow the supplied shutdown and deflation instructions. Keep anchors in place and contact our team before restarting. Stop sooner if conditions appear unsafe or the inflatable moves unexpectedly.

How should we monitor wind during our event?

Assign a responsible adult to monitor the setup area with an appropriate wind meter and watch for gusts. A phone forecast or visual wind chart cannot confirm that conditions are safe. Follow the instructions for your rental; proper anchoring does not remove its wind restrictions.

Where can we find the wind chart and printable safety guide?

Visit our Beaufort Wind Scale & Inflatable Wind Safety Guide to view the chart, read the wind-safety guidance, and open or download the printable PDF for your party, school event, or community activity.

How do I know whether an attraction will fit?

Measure twice, party once! Check the listing’s required setup area as well as the attraction’s dimensions. Allow room for overhead clearance, anchoring, supporting equipment such as blowers, entrances, exits, and guest lines. The delivery route also needs enough clearance for the selected equipment and vehicles.

Use ExpressMapper to plan a to-scale layout, then confirm the actual measurements and access at your home or venue. Send the map and any tight-clearance photos to our team for review. See what a satellite map cannot confirm.

Which setup surfaces are suitable?

The right surface depends on the rental. Tell us whether you have grass, pavement, synthetic turf, or another surface, and we’ll review the setup needs. Water slides cannot be set up on dirt, gravel, or rocks. Confirm the planned location and your attraction’s requirements before delivery.

Planning a lawn setup? See what to expect if an inflatable stays on your grass for several days and how to prepare your sprinklers.

What power will my rentals need?

Many attractions need a steady supply of electricity. If you’re providing power, we’ll tell you how many outlets are needed. Each must supply 115 volts and 20 amps on a dedicated circuit, from a building electrical system or a properly sized generator. Power must be within 80 feet of each powered item unless we’ve agreed to a different arrangement in writing. Send us your home or venue’s outlet and circuit details so we can help you plan.

Can I add a generator to my package?

Yes. If suitable power isn’t available, explore our generators and power equipment. Our team can help match the generator’s capacity to your rentals. Generator pricing is separate, so include it in your package for review. You can generally provide your own suitable generator or rent one elsewhere, subject to rules for your home or venue. Planning a park event? Check our park power and generator guidance first, since some cities require the attraction vendor to supply the generator.

How is the equipment cared for?

Clean equipment is part of a great party. We inspect, clean, and disinfect our equipment before and after rentals, so it’s prepared for its next event.

How are weather concerns handled?

We can bring the party, but we can’t order the forecast! If the weather starts looking troublesome, contact our office early. Guest safety comes first, and our team will decide whether an attraction can be set up and used safely.

If rain starts during your rental, pause use and have everyone exit before shutting down. Follow our rain shutdown guidance, avoid wet electrical connections, and keep wet dry slides closed. Manufacturer and company weather instructions always take priority, including over lawn-protection guidance.

For severe-weather rescheduling, send written notice at least 48 hours before your event and see our rescheduling details. Weather does not automatically make a reservation refundable. Entertainers and other services that can move indoors remain non-refundable, so an indoor backup plan can keep plenty of fun on the schedule.

Who supervises the equipment during my event?

Every rental item needs adult supervision at all times—from tables and chairs to bounce houses, carnival games, and rides. Nothing we rent should be left unattended.

Unless your written package specifically includes supervision from our team, you’ll need dedicated adult attendants and enough coverage to keep all rentals supervised. Attendants help guests follow posted limits, manufacturer guidance, and safe-use instructions. Check your written package for included operators or attendants, and ask us if you need help planning coverage. Delivery and setup service alone does not include supervision during your event.

Can I review rental rules before booking?

Of course. We’re happy to provide the agreement, safety rules, and event requirements ahead of time. Ask questions before signing so everyone knows what to expect. These FAQs help with planning; your signed agreement and any addenda contain the complete rental terms.

Do you provide extension cords, and can I connect several together?

We bring the heavy-duty extension cords. Please don’t connect several cords together; that can cause voltage drop and equipment problems. Plan for the power source to be within 80 feet of each powered item unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. If your outlets are farther away, we can help review a generator or another power plan.

Keep blowers and electrical connections protected from water, sprinkler spray, and puddles. Do not change the supplied electrical setup or bypass safety protection. See our electrical and water care guidance and safe shutdown steps.

What should I do if an inflatable loses air or the power stops?

Immediately remove all users if an inflatable loses air pressure or a powered item stops operating. Stop use and contact us promptly. Follow our team’s guidance for any safe checks of the power source or air tubes. Do not handle wet plugs or electrical equipment, repeatedly reset a tripped breaker or GFCI, open equipment, modify wiring, or bypass safety devices. If water is involved, follow our safe shutdown guidance.

We can help with the rental equipment; we do not service your building’s electrical system. A service call caused by client-provided power issues, including inadequate power, overloaded circuits, tripped breakers, or GFCI interruptions, has a $50 service charge. Our office handles payment for any service charge; event staff never collects payments at your home or venue. During office hours, call 951-461-9200; for urgent event help outside office hours, text 951-249-3011.

Can I move or reposition equipment after setup?

Please leave the setup where our team placed it. Equipment that we set up, position, or anchor cannot be moved, adjusted, or modified without our prior written approval. Need a change? Contact us first so we can help review it safely.

How many attractions do I need for my guest count?

Tell us your expected attendance, guest ages, event duration, and how many people may want to participate at once. An attraction’s capacity is the number it can accommodate at a time; it does not mean everyone at your event can use it in one hour.

Ride length, activity format, staffing, and busy arrival periods all affect queues. For a larger event, a mix of activities can spread participation across the site. We can help compare options and plan the lineup, but estimates of guests served are not a guarantee that every attendee will participate.

What should I plan for an event that continues after dark?

Check lighting for entrances, exits, walkways, queues, boarding areas, and the activity space. An attraction’s decorative lights or glow effects do not necessarily illuminate the surrounding event area. Also consider the lighting and access needed when the crew returns for pickup.

Tell us which areas have lighting at your home or venue and where extra lighting may be needed. We can review available lighting rentals and their power needs with your package. Do not assume general site lighting is included with a ride or entertainment rental.

Caring for Rentals at Your Home or Venue

Will early delivery or later pickup damage my grass?

It’s a common worry, but having an inflatable on your lawn for a few days does not automatically mean damaged grass. On a healthy, established lawn, the weight usually causes temporary flattening. The grass may look pressed down after pickup and take a few days to perk back up.

An important precaution is avoiding a deflated inflatable lying in direct sunlight. The vinyl can trap heat against the lawn and scorch the grass. Following our daytime and overnight care instructions helps reduce that risk. Let us know before delivery if you have new sod, a stressed lawn, or unusually hot conditions.

Should I keep the inflatable running when we aren’t using it?

During hot, sunny parts of the day, follow our team’s instructions to keep the inflatable inflated—even when nobody is playing—to help reduce heat buildup against the grass. Once everyone is out, deflate it at night.

Weather and safety instructions always come first. Do not keep an inflatable running during active rain, lightning, or unsafe winds just to protect the lawn. See what to do if it starts raining. Adult supervision is required whenever it is being used; prevent children from accessing it unsupervised while it is idle. If you won’t be home to monitor the setup, ask our team how to manage it.

How much does it cost to run the blower?

As a rough example, one 12-amp blower on a 120-volt supply costs about 50 cents per hour at an electricity rate of 35 cents per kilowatt-hour—about $4 for eight hours.

Actual costs depend on the blower’s power use, your electricity rate, and how many blowers your rental needs. This is an estimate, not a fixed charge.

What should I do about sprinklers and watering?

Turn off sprinklers in the setup area while the inflatable is onsite. Keep sprinkler spray away from the rental, blower, and electrical connections.

Follow your lawn’s normal watering routine before delivery, allowing the surface to dry before setup. A short watering pause is often manageable for healthy, established grass, but heat, grass type, soil, and lawn condition matter. Tell us about new sod or a lawn that needs frequent watering so we can discuss placement or delivery timing. Resume your normal watering routine after pickup, and don’t move the inflatable or its anchors yourself.

Do I need to keep pets away?

Yes—keep dogs and other pets securely separated from the rental throughout its stay. We love your four-legged guests, but the inflatable shouldn’t become their newest chew toy! Keeping pets away also helps prevent claw damage and marking.

Does rain damage an inflatable?

Rain on the vinyl itself is usually not a problem, so an unexpected shower does not automatically mean the inflatable is ruined. The important distinction is that tolerating rain is different from being safe to play on during rain. Electrical components, slippery surfaces, wind, and lightning still need attention.

If it starts raining, follow our rain shutdown guidance. Questions about changing your event date? See our separate weather-rescheduling details.

What should we do if it starts raining?

Pause the fun and have everyone exit the inflatable before shutting it down. Disconnect power at the source only if the plug, outlet, your hands, and your footing are dry and safely accessible.

Do not touch wet plugs or electrical equipment, or enter standing water to unplug anything. If you can safely switch off the supplying circuit from a dry location, do so; otherwise keep everyone clear and contact our team. Follow the weather and shutdown instructions provided with your rental.

Can we use the inflatable again if it is still wet?

Possibly—but wet does not automatically mean safe. After the rain stops, follow the instructions for your specific rental before restarting. Some models must be dry before use. The inflatable must be properly inflated and anchored, with safe weather, safe electrical conditions, no pooled water in the play area, and no slippery play surfaces.

Dry slides—including dry slide sections of combos—must stay closed while wet because the sliding surface can become dangerously slick. If you are unsure whether your rental is ready, ask our team before reopening it.

Can we spray a bounce house with a hose or let sprinklers run on it?

Please don’t turn a dry rental into a water attraction! Intentionally spraying or soaking a unit that is not approved for wet use is not allowed under its manufacturer’s requirements.

Only use water on rentals specifically approved for wet use, following the setup instructions. Keep sprinklers off in the setup area while any inflatable is onsite, and never aim a hose or sprinkler at blowers, plugs, outlets, or electrical connections. Looking for an attraction designed for splashing? Browse water slides and water fun.

Are the blowers and extension cords waterproof?

Outdoor-rated does not mean waterproof. Keep blowers and electrical connections protected from water, standing puddles, sprinkler spray, and hose runoff. Follow the equipment’s instructions, and leave the supplied electrical setup and safety protection in place.

If electrical equipment becomes wet, is damaged, or trips its safety protection, stop using it and contact our team before restarting. Do not repeatedly reset a breaker or bypass a safety device. See our safe rain shutdown steps before disconnecting anything.

Why are there little bubbles around the seams when the inflatable gets wet?

Small bubbles can appear where air escaping through the stitching meets water or traces of cleaning products. Bubbles alone do not necessarily mean damage, but keep guests off slippery areas.

If the inflatable becomes soft, sags, or loses its normal shape, have everyone exit and contact our team. Follow our loss-of-air guidance. Please don’t add soap or other products to the rental.

Bounce Houses, Slides & Water Fun

How do I choose an inflatable for my guests?

Start with your guests’ ages, your space, and their favorite kind of fun. A bounce house brings jumping, a combo adds sliding or other play features, and an obstacle course offers a challenge. Compare the themes and features, then check each listing’s participant guidance and setup requirements.

Are any attractions suitable for adults?

Grown-ups like fun too! Several rentals in our obstacle courses and interactive attractions and carnival rides and attractions collections are great options for adults. You’ll also find fun choices in our event and party games collection.

Suitability depends on the individual attraction. Check each listing’s participant limits and manufacturer guidance, and tell us your guest ages so we can help compare options for your group.

What can I choose for younger children?

Give little guests an adventure of their own with toddler playlands and junior inflatables. You can also compare our standard bounce houses for an option suited to your guests.

Check the individual rental’s age and participant guidance, jumping areas, slides, and play features. If younger and older children are attending, plan appropriate activities for each group and keep every rental under adult supervision.

What does my home or venue need for a water slide?

Bring the water access, and we’ll help plan the splash. A water hose must reach the unit, and water slides cannot be set up on dirt, gravel, or rocks. Check the attraction’s setup area, power needs, and delivery access, then tell us the planned surface and water connection before delivery. Browse water slides and water fun to explore your options.

Can I use a water slide for a private party at a park?

Check with the park before planning the splash. Water slides for private parties are usually not allowed at city or community parks. Ask the local park authorities whether your chosen attraction is permitted and what approvals you need before delivery and setup.

How are dry slides different from water slides?

Dry slides offer climbing and sliding without water. Water slides add a splash and need hose access and a suitable setup surface. Explore dry slides and water slides to choose the experience that fits your event.

Do not spray a dry slide or other dry-use inflatable with a hose. If a dry slide or dry slide section of a combo gets wet from rain, keep it closed until dry and safe to use. See our guidance for wet inflatables.

Can water slides be set up on dirt or gravel?

No. We cannot set up water slides on dirt, gravel, or rocks. They also need water hose access that reaches the unit. Share the planned setup surface and home or venue details before scheduling delivery so we can help review a suitable location.

Can I use soap, oil, or other products to make a slide more slippery?

Save the soap for bath time! No soap, shampoo, lubricants, oils, chemicals, or other substances may be added to rental units to make them slick or slippery. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance and our setup instructions. Misuse can lead to cleaning fees, repair costs, or charges for the equipment’s full replacement value.

Are food, drinks, or confetti allowed in inflatable attractions?

Snacks belong at the snack table. Keep food, drinks, confetti, trash, and other prohibited substances out of and away from inflatable units. Follow the attraction’s posted rules. Extra cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply if prohibited items or misuse affect the equipment.

Grand Carnival & Event Games

How many games come with a Grand Carnival structure?

Four games, one great midway! Each Grand Carnival Game Booth Package includes four selected games per structure. One structure includes four games, two include eight, and three include twelve. Add the structure to your event package, then use Select Your Games to choose your lineup.

How do I choose or change my Grand Carnival games?

Use Select Your Games in the Grand Carnival product window. You can also expand the Grand Carnival item in My Event Package and select Choose / Edit Games. Check the selected-game breakdown and swap your choices before continuing.

What if I want more than four included games?

Keep the midway growing: add another Grand Carnival structure for four more included games. The included-game selector stops at the allowance for the structures in your package. You can also explore individual carnival games as separate rentals.

What happens if I leave some Grand Carnival games unselected?

Need a little help filling the lineup? When you continue to Contact & Venue Info, any empty included-game spaces are filled with random choices from the package’s game options. Your existing choices are kept. If you have favorites in mind, choose or edit them before continuing.

Do game rentals include staff or prizes?

Prizes are not included by default, but we can add them for an additional charge when requested. Let us know if you’d like prizes for your game area. Staffing and accessories vary by game and package, so check the listing and your written package for included attendants or operators. If staffing is not included, you’ll need to arrange adult supervision for the games. Nothing we rent should be left unattended.

Entertainment & Specialty Experiences

What else can I add besides inflatables?

There’s a whole lot of fun beyond the bounce! Explore activities and entertainment for characters, artists, photo booths, crafts, discovery experiences, snow, animals, DJs, and live performers. Add rides, games, food, equipment, or props to bring your event together.

How is an individual artist different from a full booth?

An individual artist brings the creative service, such as face painting or balloon twisting. A creative station adds a full booth with signage and the artist service listed in the package, giving guests an easy-to-find activity area. Additional artists can help serve more guests. Browse artists and creative stations to compare the setup and inclusions.

How many artists will my event need?

Tell us how many guests may participate, how long the activity will run, and which designs or services you want. Attendance alone does not tell us how many artists you need: a detailed design takes more time than a simpler option, and guests may arrive in a rush rather than evenly throughout the event.

Share the guest ages, activity hours, and any busy periods so we can help plan staffing. Additional artists can help more guests participate within the available time, but we do not assume that one artist can serve every guest at a large event.

What is included with a character appearance?

A little character can make a big impression. Depending on the experience, appearances may include photos, meet-and-greet time, themed interaction, or activities with guests. Mascot appearances include an assistant. Check your selected listing for its format and inclusions.

Are photo booth prints and attendants included?

Choose the memory-making experience you want, then check the package details. Prints, digital sharing, props, attendants, service duration, and customization vary by booth. Tell us about your available space and whether the setup is indoors or outdoors so we can help check the fit.

What comes with a full-service kids craft station?

We bring the creative setup: activity materials, kid-friendly tables and seating, professional setup, and craft instructors. Your guests bring their imaginations. Check the individual activity for the craft offered, service duration, and participation details.

What should I plan for real snow and sledding?

Yes, real snow in Southern California! We process fresh ice onsite with specialized equipment. Snow play and sledding need direct truck access for two large trucks. Sledding can use a suitable natural slope or a straw bale buildout. Snow is not removed after the event, so plan any cleanup with your home or venue. Explore our snow packages and planning details.

What should I check before choosing an animal experience?

Meet, explore, and discover! Petting zoos, pony rides, traveling tidepools, and reptile encounters have different formats and setup needs. Check the animals featured, interaction opportunities, space, and access requirements. Follow the animal team’s guidance during your visit, and browse our animal experiences to compare.

How do I confirm what staff will do and how long they will be there?

Check the written package for the staffing role, number of people, and service start and end times. Delivery and setup help, attraction operators, game attendants, food servers, entertainers, and character assistants do different jobs. A rental requiring supervision does not automatically include paid attendants.

Tell us if guests can enter early, activities start at different times, or you need staff for a longer period. Setup time and guest-facing service time are different, so request any extra coverage before the event and have it confirmed in the updated package. See our supervision guidance when planning volunteers or your own attendants.

Food Service, Equipment & Props

Should I choose a food machine or staffed food service?

Want to serve treats yourself or have a team handle the serving? Machine packages include the equipment and supplies listed for your own setup. Staffed booths and carts include staff and the package’s specified setup and supplies. Browse fun food and catering to compare menus, serving quantities, and service time.

How do I plan servings and extra food supplies?

Start with your guest count, serving schedule, and whether you’re offering a snack, drink, or full meal. Check the quantity already included in your selected package. “250 servings” means 250 portions of the listed product; it does not mean unlimited service or automatically cover 250 guests if people have more than one.

Tell us whether the treat is your only food option, whether you expect repeat servings, and when the busiest period will be. We can help review quantities, compatible extra supplies, and staffing. Tell us about menu preferences and dietary needs when planning catering so we can discuss available options. Extra supplies or extended staffed service need to be included in your reviewed package.

Can I rent tables, chairs, canopies, and other essentials?

Absolutely. Browse equipment and prop rentals for tables, chairs, canopies, linens, catering equipment, heating and cooling, power, lighting, staffing, and themed displays.

A table rental does not automatically include chairs or a table cover. Check the listing and written package for each item and quantity, then add any separate pieces you need. Review table dimensions and the seating arrangement rather than assuming every table takes the same number of chairs. For a larger layout, mark the seating and serving areas on your event map.

Tables, chairs, and other support equipment also need adult supervision. Nothing we rent should be left unattended.

How is a prop set different from individual props?

A prop set brings themed pieces together for a coordinated display or photo area. Individual props, decorative extras, and Santa chairs or thrones let you add to a setup you already have. Check each listing to see exactly which pieces are included.

Does a holiday prop set include Santa or the Easter Bunny?

Santa and the Easter Bunny need their own invitation! A prop rental does not automatically include a character appearance. Check the package details and arrange any character service separately for your holiday photo experience.

Insurance & Rental Care

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my home or venue?

Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) showing our Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Workers’ Compensation coverage. Our standard General Liability blanket endorsement is included, subject to the coverage and terms of our policies. A COI shows proof of coverage; it can identify your home or venue or organization as evidence of the applicable blanket coverage. A routine COI request does not carry the custom-endorsement fee described below. We recommend requesting insurance documents 30 days before your event in case the carrier needs time for special requests. Send us your home or venue’s requirements so we can help review them.

What if my home or venue needs a custom insurance endorsement?

First, a custom endorsement is a different request from a routine certificate of insurance (COI). Our standard General Liability blanket endorsement is already included. Extra carrier work may be needed if a home or venue specifically requires an individually issued policy endorsement naming the client, custom policy wording, or a special carrier form. Send us those requirements in writing so we can review and approve the request. Custom endorsements are subject to carrier availability and approval, may take 4–6 weeks, and have a minimum additional fee of $350 per endorsement. We can help you check which type of document your home or venue actually needs.

Who should I contact if rented equipment is not working?

Contact us while the problem is happening so we have the chance to troubleshoot, repair, or replace equipment as appropriate. Call 951-461-9200 during office hours; for urgent event assistance outside office hours, text 951-249-3011.

Give your name, event location, affected item, when the issue began, and what you’re seeing. A photo or short video can help if it is safe to take one. Tell us about any power interruption and any steps already taken. Keep unsafe or malfunctioning equipment out of use, and follow our team’s instructions. If an inflatable loses air, remove all users immediately. Report damage, loss, theft, or an incident promptly too. Waiting until after the event can prevent us from helping during your rental and may affect a malfunction adjustment.

Is there a refund if rented equipment malfunctions?

If something goes wrong, please contact us immediately and give us the chance to troubleshoot, repair, or replace it. If we determine the problem came from our equipment rather than the client, we provide a prorated refund for the affected item, calculated in 15-minute intervals from when you first notify us. Reporting promptly matters; a delay may reduce or eliminate the adjustment. Weather, inadequate client-provided power, guest turnout, temperature, or indirect losses do not qualify for an adjustment. Generators can also be affected by electrical load, fuel, and environmental conditions, so our team will review the cause.

What happens if an ordered item or performer becomes unavailable?

Sometimes an unexpected issue, including a safety or maintenance concern, affects an item or performer. We’ll do our best to work with you on a similar substitute of equal or greater value at the contracted price. If no acceptable substitute is available, we provide a prorated refund of the amount paid for the affected item. We prioritize safe equipment and will remove an item from service if needed, including during an event.

Who pays if rental equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen?

Please look after the rentals and let us know promptly if something happens. Misuse or failure to follow the safety rules can lead to charges for extra cleaning, repairs, or the equipment’s full replacement value. You are also responsible for equipment that is lost, including through theft or fire. Your rental agreement explains the complete responsibilities and charges. Reporting an issue quickly gives us the best chance to help.

What am I responsible for during the event?

Help keep the event area safe, provide the agreed utilities, and make sure guests follow the equipment’s instructions. Every rental item requires adult supervision, including tables and chairs. Nothing we rent should be left unattended. Unless your written package includes supervision from our team, arrange sufficient adult coverage for all rentals.

Tell us about site hazards before setup and report any incident promptly. Your agreement explains the responsibilities for guest actions, unsafe site conditions, property damage, and equipment care. If your home or venue or supervision plan needs a second look, we’re happy to help before event day.

Can I loan or subrent equipment to someone else?

The rentals are for your event and cannot be loaned or subrented to someone else. If your plans or the way you’ll use the equipment change, contact our office first so we can review the details with you.

What should I check before guests start using the equipment?

Take a moment to check the equipment, posted rules, and the area around it before guests begin. Make sure the setup is suitable for its intended use and that adult supervision is in place for every rental—including tables and chairs. Nothing we rent should be left unattended.

If anything appears unsafe, damaged, or isn’t working properly, stop use and contact our team immediately. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions.

Why are there safety rules for each attraction?

Good fun works best with a few clear ground rules. Follow the attraction’s intended use, posted capacities, manufacturer guidance, and supervision requirements. If safe use cannot be maintained or the rules aren’t followed, we may need to stop use or remove the equipment. Ask us about anything you’re unsure of before the fun begins.
