Jolly Jumps is a woman-owned local small business, rooted in Temecula and serving Southern California since 1993. Our story brings together dependable service, hands-on leadership, and a lasting curiosity for creating something new.
Long before Jolly Jumps, Michael and Joy built a life around their love for one another, their family, and a shared willingness to work hard. They were a team in everyday life, and that partnership became the foundation for the business they would build together.
Jolly Jumps began in 1993. Michael and Joy purchased the company in 1997 and spent many years building it together. Equipment filled their home garage, and they handled deliveries, orders, and event preparations themselves while growing their team. Their commitment to dependable service, clean equipment, and treating people well shaped the standards we still follow today.
After Michael’s passing, Joy continued leading the company hands-on, honoring his memory through the care and commitment they brought to their work together. Today, Jolly Jumps remains a woman-owned business led by Joy Paul, CEO and Owner.
Joy stays closely involved in the daily work, from planning and client conversations to making decisions, solving problems, and supporting her team. Her vision is backed by tireless effort and a willingness to do the work that brings it to life. That personal commitment remains at the heart of the company’s growth, quality, innovation, and the fun we bring to our clients.
“From the beginning, this company has been built on hard work, trust, follow-through, and a deep desire to serve people well.”
Michael’s Passion. A Lasting Foundation.
Michael loved bringing new attractions to our corner of the country, and he found just as much enjoyment in the work of getting them here. Building, learning, traveling, and working alongside others were part of what made this company meaningful to him.

The Jolly Express Trackless Train was a personal passion. Michael wanted to honor our country’s rich history and the ingenuity of the Industrial Revolution. Modeled after the actual trains that once traveled through the Temecula Valley, his miniature trackless trains brought that interest to life in an experience families could share.
Transporting equipment across the country was another part of the work he loved. The journey, the preparation, and the people involved mattered to him as much as the finished attraction. His enthusiasm helped shape a team that takes pride in the work and enjoys bringing it all together.
That spirit continues through Joy’s leadership and the people who carry it into our events today. The passion behind the scenes becomes the care, energy, and enjoyment our guests experience. It is a lasting part of what makes Jolly Jumps special.
Work. Learning. Community.
From the early days, Michael and Joy wanted Jolly Jumps to create work opportunities for the people around them. Friends, neighbors, and their own children worked as employees, learning alongside one another and helping bring events to life. Michael enjoyed teaching and sharing what he knew, and he welcomed opportunities for his grandchildren to help and learn, too.
Today, Joy feels blessed to see that impact reach across generations. Her children and grandchildren have had opportunities to work as employees alongside people from many other families in the community. What connects the team is the work: showing up, learning, helping one another, and taking pride in a job done well.
The impact of that work reaches beyond a party or a delivery. It helps people develop skills, provide for loved ones, and build lasting relationships. Joy carries that responsibility into her daily decisions, working to sustain a dependable workplace and create meaningful opportunities for the people who rely on it.
Local Roots. New Ideas.
Jolly Jumps has been a starting point for new attractions, educational experiences, and ways to serve events. That spirit of innovation continues through the brands and experiences connected to our company.
